Description Information Systems (ISs) are usual phenomena in our organizations. In recent decades enterprises and companies have spent so much money on integrating these ISs, but unfortunately it seems they have wasted their assets and their time because IS integration projects were not successfully implemented. These cases leaded researchers to find success factors for IS integration implementation. They have introduced some factors as Critical Success Factor (CSF), but these factors are not useful in all organizations. Therefore, there is a need to modify factors for various communities and organizations. In this paper, we review the CSFs introduced in other studies, then, modify them based on Iranian IS expert views for Iranian organizations. According to the complexity, being time- consuming and costly, the project of Information systems integration, and generally different nature of Information Technology projects and in the result differences in the managing and controlling of the projects, the needed tools for achieving success of the projects and managing them are is very important. The study, by using the reputable references, has introduced Project Management as a Success Factor of information Systems Integration Projects, has recognized the measurements of the factor, has prioritized the measurements based on experts` opinion, then in the Case Study (Ministry of Science , Technology and Research) has assessed the factor and its measurements and has compared with experts` opinion. Eventually the results will be explained.
