In this study, we redesign business processes by using Best Practices. For this purpose, a structured approach in 5 Step is used. for validating the Best practices which is used in research literature , we apply this Best Practices in civil partnership bank process to enhance customer satisfaction in terms of the time. To review the current process and return the required data for re-engineering the process, bank expert interviews have been conducted. Finally, the new process is presented .significant impact on the size of the reengineering process will save time and money. In this study, the following results were obtained: This approach is a flexible approach and can be served as a good input for re-engineering business processes. Also this approach can prevent of many re-engineering business processes projects failure and have a significant impact on the dimensions of the reengineering like time, cost, quality and flexibility.
