Description The current research aims at designing and implementation of the survey of relationship between competitive intelligence and performance of agricultural bank. To this end, all the staff of the branches of the agricultural bank of Ilam was taken as population for evaluation. Method of this research is descriptive study; in kinds of the correlation, with purpose from the applied research, in terms of data collection is survey. In this research two questionnaires comprising competitive intelligence and employee performance using Likert type model was designed and were distributed among 168 employees, the sample, at the managerial level, professional and executive, in Ilam agricultural bank in 2012. The questionnaire had 24 questions in order to measure competitive intelligence and 19 questions for employee performance were used. Reliability of questionnaires with Cranach's alpha, respectively for the two variables, was calculated to be 0.899 and 0.840 and accepted. Content validity was also confirmed. The final results of the research using SPSS showed significant relationship between competitive intelligence and its dimensions (including: knowledge of market conditions, knowledge of state rivals, technological knowledge and technical, and strategic knowledge – social) with employees performance in branches of agricultural bank of Ilam.
