In this article, we offered the results of studying significant factors on deploying Business Intelligence system in the gas refinery industries of Iran (case study of Parsian Gas Refinery Company). According to research history, 23 factors were recognized as effective factors on Business Intelligence. Then by the means of DEMATEL technique, effective factors were prioritized in a structure based on the Graph Theory and then interrelationships between these factors were recognized. Based on the results of this research, “projection of value chain of an organization as a network” had the highest influential coefficient and “other systems’ act when a system fails” had the highest coefficient of being influenced.
