In recent years China's the scale of China's postgraduate education expands unceasingly, the number of Graduate Education annual growth rate has been in the world leading position, while the master of education is an important source to cultivate the national education an important source of talent, this paper analyzes the current situation of innovation master of education innovation education, and expounds the innovation personality connotation, put forward further master of education innovation personality cultivation strategies, aimed aims at improving the education of innovation ability.
