In recent years, in order to become a government of laws and service, our government keeps transforming its function. People increasing pay attention to the subsequent social problems and contradictions, especially the problem of migrant workers. By analyzing the enlightenment which is given by the successful transformation of migrant worker in Japan, this paper discuss the measures our government have taken to promote the transformation of migrant worker under the background of the government’s transformation.
