Description At present, financing problem of SMEs is a matter of concern for academics and the industry. Supply chain finance is a new financial business developed by commercial banks to meet the enterprise supply chain management needs. The purpose is to achieve win-win situation of the main core enterprise in supply chain, upstream and downstream enterprises, third-party logistics enterprise and banks participating. This paper analyzes the emergence motivation of supply chain financial, mode of operation and its risks, and make risk prevention measures on this basis.
