This article analyzes the behavior of Chinese security analysts' conflicts of interest from an entire new perspective by establishing SEM model with PLS algorithm based on investor questionnaire, implying the existence of security analysts' conflict of interest in Chinese stock market is significant. Finally the corresponding regulating measures are proposed.
