Description This paper empirically analyzes the impacts of companies’ intangible assets to operating performance based on the data of listed companies in China's automobile industry from 2009 to 2011, the empirical results show that: Intangible assets have significantly positive effects on the listed companies’ operating performance, and the contribution rate of intangible assets to companies’ operating performance is increasing year by year.
