Description This paper presents a study on the development assessment and strategy planning of Taiwan’s cloud computing industry. The research is conducted through a nominal group technique, in-depth interviews and focus group discussions of industry professionals. The research process includes defining industry scope, assessing business environment, forecasting production value and outlining a strategy for the emerging cloud computing industry.
