Description |
It’s 10:30 in the morning. David, a reference librarian at Norringwood Library, leaves his desk and walks to his supervisor Juanita’s office. The door is open. David looks at Juanita, who has just settled into one of the easy chairs next to the window. She lifts a carafe of coffee from the side table and pours herself a cup. As Juanita sips her coffee, gazing out the window at the street traffic below, David pauses quietly in the doorway and looks around Juanita’s office—a place he’s been dozens of times. |
