Description With  the  exponential  growth  of  multimedia  and  internet  technologies,  the companies deploy sophisticated information systems by developing advanced techniques such as the EBusiness, and ELearning, in order to increase their productivity, to automate their processes and to provide the best service to their customers. This advantage becomes a threat, which  results  in  increased  vulnerability  of  the  companies.  The  multiplication  and  the sophistication of the attacks to which these companies must face is not only limited to the technological impact but also to economics. For that, an investment is necessary. So, it is necessary  to  sensitize  the  personnel  and  generate  security  reflexes.  Each  member  of  the personnel must become aware that he has a role to play in order to keep a good security level in the company. This paper presents a new methodology for  solving the new and old most important problems in general computer networks, setting modern aspects in the information security and training the personnel including the managers, users, designers and developers about this danger which becomes a important threat for companies interests.
