Description The present study aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of macroeconomic policies on theparticipation rates of Egyptian women in the labor force, it has come to a set of results ;of which is themost important that macro-economic policies play an influential role at the level of participation ofwomen in the labor force as well as the main female social indicators. , the results obtained fromstatistical analysis of the data for the period from 1980 to 2010, said; confirmed thatSocial publicexpenditure on education and health has a positive significant effect on the rates of women participationin the labor force The real interest rates positive significant effect, while the real exchange rate has anegative significant effect on the rates of women participation in the labor force, Also, the exports havesignificant and positive impact while imports have either significant and negative impact on theparticipation rates of women in Egyptian labor force.The method of forecasting using time series was used, to build the appropriate model for the data ofwomen's participation in the labor force. Finally reached the study reached the possibility of formulating aregression model gradual to identify the most important independent variables (fiscal policy - monetarypolicy - trade policy) that affect women's participation in the labor force.Key words: women, labor force, Gender, fiscal policy, monetary policy, trade policy.
