Description The article is devoted to appliance of the state and private partnership scheme with the option to use leasing as the financial and credit provision in the housing and utility complex (HUC). The review of the current condition of the HUC companies' main funds is given. The regional scheme of the state and private partnership is proven. Advantages of the mutually profitable partnership for all subjects of the housing and utility activity are disclosed. 
Статья посвящена применению схемы государственно-частного партнерства с возможностью использования лизинга в качестве финансово-кредитного обеспечения в жилищно-коммунальном комплексе (ЖКК). Дан обзор текущего состояния основных фондов предприятий ЖКК. Обоснована региональная схема государственно-частного партнерства. Раскрыты преимущества взаимовыгодного сотрудничества для всех субъектов жилищно-коммунальной деятельности.
