Description Existing approaches are complementing with scenario planning tools and regulatory modeling, which will systematically solve the problem of regional development in accordance with their warnings. Mechanisms of management of the regional agricultural sector are proposed on an example of the Altai Republic and Altai Territory. The algorithm of Siberian stag breeding scenario, a set of indicators of create an appropriate regulatory models are developed. The prospects of the industry in the region and its importance to the Altai are shown.
Дополнены существующие подходы инструментарием сценарного планирования и нормативным моделированием, что позволит системно решать проблемы регионального развития с учетом их предупреждения. Предлагаются механизмы управления региональным аграрным сектором на примере Республики Алтай и Алтайского края. Разработаны алгоритм сценария развития мараловодства, комплекс показателей для создания соответствующей нормативной модели. Показаны перспективы отрасли в регионе и ее значение для Алтая.
