Description Данная статья посвящена обзору основных моделей управления персоналом. Проведенное исследование позволяет утверждать, что проблема продуктивного управления персоналом является одной из актуальнейших проблем эффективности деятельности организации. Для России это относительно новая проблема. Ее злободневный характер требует изучения накопленного отечественного и зарубежного опыта.
This article reviews the basic models of personnel management. This study allows to assert that the problem of efficient personnel management is one of the most urgent problems of efficiency of activity of the organization. For Russia this is a relatively new problem. Its topical nature requires study of the accumulated domestic and foreign experience.
