Description In the paper, the key institutions that affect the level of development of the innovative environment are specified. Existing indicators and indices for evaluating individual types of institutions have been analyzed. The author has proposed her own indicators and the expected sources of information.
Выделены ключевые институты, влияющие на уровень развития инновационной среды. Проанализированы существующие индикаторы и показатели для оценивания отдельных видов институтов. Предложены авторские индикаторы, а также предполагаемые источники информации.
