Description В статье доказана необходимость практической реализации внедрения инноваций в сфере управления персоналом госслужбы России. Для этого проводилась оценка эффективности госслужбы страны в динамике за ряд лет посредством анализа ключевых индикаторов социально-экономического развития РФ. На основе оценки итогов реформирования госслужбы были выявлены основные проблемы, сдерживающие ее переход на инновационный путь развития. И наконец, предложен ряд методов инновационного развития управления персоналом госслужбы страны.
In this paper we prove the need for practical implementation of innovations in the field of personnel management civil service of Russia. This assessed the effectiveness of the civil service of the country in dynamics for several years through the analysis of key indicators of socio-economic development of the Russian Federation. Based on the evaluation of the results of civil service reform have been identified the main problems hindering its transition to an innovative way of development. Finally, a number of innovative methods for the development of personnel management civil service of the country.
