Description The article examines the ways of funding arrangement for an innovative company used nowadays. Bank’s terms for corporate credits on innovations are exemplified herein. The current paper also proposes the ways of optimization and improvement of the terms of innovative credit financing on the basis of the current legislation analysis in the frames support of innovation activities. Special attention is paid to such source of financing of innovative companies as banking credits, and also to perspectives and possibilities of development of the innovative credit financing in the Russian Federation economy.
Рассмотрены применяемые ныне способы реализации финансирования для инновационной компании. Представлены примеры условий банков по корпоративным кредитам на инновации. На основе анализа действующего законодательства в рамках поддержки инновационной деятельности предложены способы оптимизации и улучшения условий инновационного кредитования. Особое внимание уделяется такому источнику финансирования инновационных компаний, как банковский кредит, а также перспективам и возможностям развития инновационного кредитования в экономике Российской Федерации.
