Description This article examines one of the most important processes is directly related to carrying out innovation in the enterprise and its further development – examination of the innovative project. The paper details the topic of expertise, the way of its implementation and its importance to obtain the necessary results that are crucial for obtaining the necessary assessment of a specific innovation project, which is being considered for future implementation. Article awakens interest to all who study or work directly with innovative projects, since it is considered the most important process of standing, of course, before the actual introduction of innovations in the organization.
В данной статье рассматривается один из наиболее важных процессов, напрямую связанный с проведением инновационной деятельности на предприятии и дальнейшего ее развития – экспертиза инновационного проекта. В работе подробно рассматривается тема экспертизы, пути ее проведения и ее важность для получения необходимых результатов, которые крайне важны для получения необходимой оценки конкретного инновационного проекта, который рассматривается для дальнейшей реализации. Статья будит интересна всем, кто занимается изучением или напрямую работает с инновационными проектами, так как в ней рассматривается самый важный процесс, стоящий, непременно, перед самим внедрением новшества в деятельность организации.
