The Editorial Policy Committee of the Brazilian Finance Review approved to increase the number of issues per year from 3 to 4 during 2009. Thus, it is my pleasure to announce that the publication of issue 3 of volume 7 (this issue) has been anticipated from December to September of the current year and that we will publish a new issue in December. The growth in the number of submissions and the quality of the articles published enable this important step towards the consolidation of RBFin. In the beginning, in 2003, we published two issues per year, in 2008 we published 3 issues and we have already reached 4 issues per year in 2009, fulfilling one of the initial objectives of the Review which was to be a quarterly publication as soon as it consolidated. I thank the effort of all of those that helped RBFin to be the
O Comitê de Política Editorial da Revista Brasileira de Finanças aprovou o aumento do número de fascículos anuais de 3 para 4 já em 2009. Sendo assim, tenho a satisfação de anunciar que a publicação do fascículo 3 do volume 7 (este exemplar) foi antecipada de dezembro para setembro deste ano e que teremos um novo fascículo publicado em dezembro. O crescimento no número de artigos enviados e a qualidade dos artigos publicados permite este passo importante para a consolidação da RBFin. No início da revista, em 2003, publicávamos dois fascículos por ano, passamos a publicar 3 fascículos em 2008 e já chegamos a 4 fascículos anuais em 2009, realizando um dos objetivos iniciais da revista que era o de ser uma publicação trimestral quando se consolidasse. Agradeço o empenho de todos os que colaboram para que a RBFin tenha se tornado a revista representativa da área de finanças no Brasil. |
