Description |
In this commentary I am particularly interested in how spatiality/hybridity theory lends a hand in helping to shape and inform pedagogy and classroom practice in an age of what Mark Fisher has recently termed ‘capitalist realism’. Using the time/space hybridity theories of cultural critics such as Edward Soja and sj Miller, and utilizing central arguments in critical pedagogy, I outline a spatial pedagogy, one which allows for educators to better understand identity and agency within the context of dissent.
