The object of the research is e-human resources management. The aim of the research was to define the main methodical guidelines and directions for further ehuman resources management research. The study is based on an innovative approach and a review of the most recent literature. The focus of the article is on the definition and formulation of e-human resources management. Three main dimensions of e-human resources management were distinguished: human resources management, information technologies and innovation system environment. The main directions of development and research in e-human resources management were identified on the basis of the performed investigation. The article is important for the developers and researchers of e-human resources management.
Straipsnyje taikomas inovacinis požiūris. Tyrimo tikslas – suformuluoti pagrindines elektroninio žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymo tyrimo metodines nuostatas ir kryptis. Didžiausias dėmesys skiriamas elektroninio žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymo sampratai ir formavimui. Išskirtos trys pagrindinės jo dimensijos: žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymas, informacinės technologijos, inovacijų sistemos aplinka. Atliktos analizės pagrindu suformuluotos pagrindinės elektroninio žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymo vystymo ir tyrimų kryptys. Straipsnis aktualus elektroninio žmogiškųjų išteklių valdymo kūrėjams ir tyrėjams. |
