The journal is published quarterly. There is no processing charge to be paid by the authors. Submissions are welcomed all year round. The aim of Management Dynamics in the Knowledge Economy is to address in an interdisciplinary framework the dynamics of the organization management and its strategic approaches by considering the imperatives and the contingencies of the new societal and economical environments at a local, national or global scale. Moreover, the journal is interested in research that surpasses the boundaries of single academic subjects and of the paradigms and assumptions of individual disciplines or functions, so it bridges the gap among different areas, such as: Knowledge Management, Strategic Management and Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Leadership Development, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Emerging Markets, Managerial Economics, Market Economy, etc.
